Anti-GRP3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the GRP3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RASGRP3 gene, which encodes RAS guanyl releasing protein 3. This protein is known to function in MAPK cascade signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of GRP3 has a canonical amino acid length of 690 residues and a protein mass of 78.3 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. This target antigen may also be known as CalDAG-GEFIII. Indicated applications for GRP3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
