Anti-HYPC antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the HYPC antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PRPF40B gene, which encodes pre-mRNA processing factor 40 homolog B. This protein is known to function in RNA splicing, among other biological roles. The human version of HYPC has a canonical amino acid length of 871 residues and a protein mass of 99.4 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. HYPC is a member of the PRPF40 protein family. Indicated applications for HYPC antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence.
