Anti-VWA5B2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein von Willebrand factor A domain containing 5B2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1242 amino acid residues and a mass of 131.7 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include von Willebrand factor A domain-containing protein 5B2. VWA5B2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some VWA5B2 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunohistochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunocytochemistry are also common applications.
