Anti-Guanylate binding protein 2 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene GBP2 in humans. The gene may also be known as GTP-binding protein 2, and guanine nucleotide-binding protein 2. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 67.2 kilodaltons in mass. The GBP2 marker can be used to identify Naive Regulatory T Cells.* Based on gene name, yeast, fly, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
