Anti-DENND2C antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein DENN domain containing 2C. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 928 amino acid residues and a mass of 106.9 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include DENN/MADD domain containing 2C, RP5-1156J9.1, and DENN domain-containing protein 2C. DENND2C gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the DENND2C antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
