Anti-DTHD1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein death domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 781 amino acid residues and a mass of 88.3 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. DTHD1 is known to be involved with signal transduction pathways. The DTHD1 marker can be used to identify Brain Ependymal Non-Neuronal Cells and Gray Matter Ependymal Non-Neuronal Cells.* Synonyms for this target antigen include death domain-containing protein 1. DTHD1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These DTHD1 antibodies are widely used in Immunocytochemistry experiments, among other applications.
