Anti-Bre1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Bre1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RNF20 gene, which encodes ring finger protein 20. This protein is known to function in chromatin organization and the regulation of cell migration, among other biological roles. The human version of Bre1 has a canonical amino acid length of 975 residues and a protein mass of 113.7 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Bre1 is a member of the BRE1 protein family. Western Blot is the most common application for the Bre1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
