Anti-TRIM43B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein tripartite motif containing 43B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 446 amino acid residues and a mass of 52.3 kDa. A member of the TRIM/RBCC protein family, TRIM43B is known to be involved with innate immune responses and protein ubiquitination. Synonyms for this target antigen include tripartite motif-containing protein 43B and tripartite motif-containing protein 43-like protein 1. Western Blot is the most common application for the TRIM43B antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
