Anti-TMEM60 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein 60. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 133 amino acid residues and a mass of 15.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is notably expressed in the stomach, rectum, duodenum, colon, and appendix. TMEM60 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Indicated applications for TMEM60 antibodies listed below include Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
