Anti-OR7G1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 7 subfamily G member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 311 amino acid residues and a mass of 34.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. A member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family, OR7G1 is known to be involved with signal transduction pathways. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 19-15, olfactory receptor OR19-8, and olfactory receptor 7G1. Western Blot is a widely used application for the OR7G1 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
