Anti-OR52J3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 52 subfamily J member 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 311 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 52J3 and olfactory receptor OR11-32. OR52J3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse species. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR52J3 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunocytochemistry are also common applications.
