Anti-LCE2B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein late cornified envelope 2B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 110 amino acid residues and a mass of 11.2 kDa. It is reported to have skin-specific expression. A member of the LCE protein family, LCE2B is known to be involved with epidermis development. Synonyms for this target antigen include SPRL1B, XP5, late cornified envelope protein 2B, late envelope protein 10, and LEP10. Western Blot is the most common application for the LCE2B antibodies listed below. ELISA and Flow Cytometry are also common applications.
