Anti-CD200R1L Antibody Products

Anti-CD200R1L antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein CD200 receptor 1 like. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 271 amino acid residues and a mass of 29.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the CD200R protein family, CD200R1L is believed to be a receptor for the CD200/OX2 cell surface glycoprotein. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. The CD200R1L marker can be used to identify Deep-Layer Near-Projecting Neurons.* Synonyms for this target antigen include CD200 cell surface glycoprotein receptor 2, CD200 cell surface glycoprotein receptor-like 2, CD200 cell surface glycoprotein receptor-like a, and cell surface glycoprotein CD200 receptor 2. CD200R1L gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species.
