Anti-ACAD1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The ACAD1 antigen is another term for the human protein acyl-CoA dehydrogenase medium chain, encoded by the ACADM gene. The protein is known to function in cardiac muscle cell differentiation and liver development, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 421 residues and a mass of 46.6 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the mitochondria and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. The ACAD1 protein is a member of the Acyl-CoA dehydrogenase protein family. Western Blot is a widely used application for the ACAD1 antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
