Anti-UBN2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ubinuclein 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1347 amino acid residues and a mass of 146.1 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be expressed in several cell lines tested, including primary and transformed cell lines. It is a member of the Ubinuclein protein family. UBN2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the UBN2 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Flow Cytometry are also common applications.
