Anti-RAIDD antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the RAIDD antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CRADD gene, which encodes CASP2 and RIPK1 domain containing adaptor with death domain. This protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway and DNA damage pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of RAIDD has a canonical amino acid length of 199 residues and a protein mass of 22.7 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells. This target antigen may also be known as MRT34. Western Blot is the most common application for the RAIDD antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
