Anti-TTC28 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein tetratricopeptide repeat domain 28. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 2481 amino acid residues and a mass of 270.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. It is found to be widely expressed in fetal tissues. TTC28 is known to be involved with the cell cycle. Synonyms for this target antigen include tetratricopeptide repeat protein 28, TPR repeat protein 28, TPR repeat-containing big gene cloned at Keio, TPR-containing big gene cloned at Keio, and TPRBK. TTC28 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Indicated applications for TTC28 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
