Anti-TMEM62 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein 62. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 643 amino acid residues and a mass of 73.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. TMEM62 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some TMEM62 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunocytochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
