Anti-DYTN antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein dystrotelin. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 578 amino acid residues and a mass of 65.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. DYTN gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the DYTN antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunocytochemistry are also common applications.
