Anti-CES6 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CES6 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CES4A gene, which encodes carboxylesterase 4A. This protein is a suspected carboxylesterase. The human version of CES6 has a canonical amino acid length of 561 residues and a protein mass of 63.5 kilodaltons, although 7 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be a secreted protein that is widely expressed in many tissue types. CES6 is a member of the Type-B carboxylesterase/lipase protein family. Indicated applications for CES6 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
