Anti-ZNF273 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 273. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 569 amino acid residues and a mass of 65 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF273 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Synonyms for this target antigen include zinc finger protein 9, zinc finger protein HZF9, and HZF9. ZNF273 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. These ZNF273 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
