Anti-ZNF430 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 430. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 570 amino acid residues and a mass of 66.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF430 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF430 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse and rat species. Immunocytochemistry is the most common application for the ZNF430 antibodies listed below. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
