Anti-OR6B3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 6 subfamily B member 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 331 amino acid residues and a mass of 37.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor OR2-2, olfactory receptor, family 6, subfamily B, member 3 pseudogene, and olfactory receptor 6B3. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR6B3 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunocytochemistry are also common applications.
