Anti-OR2T2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 2 subfamily T member 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 324 amino acid residues and a mass of 36.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor OR1-43, olfactory receptor, family 2, subfamily T, member 2 pseudogene, and olfactory receptor 2T2. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR2T2 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
