Anti-OR6N1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 6 subfamily N member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 312 amino acid residues and a mass of 34.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 6N1 and olfactory receptor OR1-22. OR6N1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the OR6N1 antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
