Anti-OR1J4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 1 subfamily J member 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 313 amino acid residues and a mass of 35 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. A member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family, OR1J4 is known to be involved with signal transduction pathways. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include HTPCRX01, OR9-21, olfactory receptor 1J4, olfactory receptor OR9-21, and HSHTPCRX01. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR1J4 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
