Anti-OR1M1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 1 subfamily M member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 313 amino acid residues and a mass of 34.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. A member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family, OR1M1 is known to be involved with signal transduction pathways. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 19-6, olfactory receptor OR19-5, and olfactory receptor 1M1. OR1M1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse and rat species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the OR1M1 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
