Anti-ZNF658 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 658. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1059 amino acid residues and a mass of 122.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF658 is known to mediate transcriptional repression in response to zinc. ZNF658 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for ZNF658 antibodies.
