Anti-TMEM101 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein 101. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 257 amino acid residues and a mass of 28.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. TMEM101 is believed to activate NF-kappa-B signaling pathways. Synonyms for this target antigen include putative NF-kappa-B-activating protein 130. TMEM101 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the TMEM101 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
