Anti-PSD2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein pleckstrin and Sec7 domain containing 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 771 amino acid residues and a mass of 84.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the PSD protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include exchange factor for ADP-ribosylation factor guanine nucleotide factor 6 C, exchange factor for ARF6 C, pleckstrin homology and SEC7 domain-containing protein 2, and PH and SEC7 domain-containing protein 2. PSD2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some PSD2 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
