Anti-PCDHB9 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein protocadherin beta 9. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 797 amino acid residues and a mass of 87.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. PCDHB9 is known to be involved with cell adhesion and chemical synaptic transmission. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include PCDH-beta-9 and protocadherin-3h.
