Anti-ALG10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ALG10 alpha-1,2-glucosyltransferase. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 473 amino acid residues and a mass of 55.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the ER. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the ALG10 glucosyltransferase protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include alpha-1,2-glucosyltransferase ALG10-A, alpha-2-glucosyltransferase ALG10-A, alpha2-glucosyltransferase, and dol-P-Glc:Glc(2)Man(9)GlcNAc(2)-PP-Dol alpha-1,2-glucosyltransferase. ALG10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse and rat species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ALG10 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
