Anti-ACBD7 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein acyl-CoA binding domain containing 7. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 88 amino acid residues and a mass of 9.8 kDa. A member of the ACBD7 protein family, ACBD7 is known to bind medium- and long-chain acyl-CoA esters. Synonyms for this target antigen include acyl-CoA-binding domain-containing protein 7 and acyl-Coenzyme A binding domain containing 7. ACBD7 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some ACBD7 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. ELISA is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Western Blot is also a common application.
