Anti-TTC9C antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein tetratricopeptide repeat domain 9C. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 171 amino acid residues and a mass of 20 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. It is a member of the TTC9 protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include tetratricopeptide repeat protein 9C and TPR repeat protein 9C. TTC9C gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the TTC9C antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
