Anti-SAC3D1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein SAC3 domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 404 amino acid residues and a mass of 43.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the SAC3 protein family, SAC3D1 is known to be involved in centrosome duplication and mitotic progression. Synonyms for this target antigen include SHD1, SAC3 domain-containing protein 1, SAC3 homology domain-containing protein 1, Sac3 homology domain 1, and HSU79266. SAC3D1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Indicated applications for SAC3D1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
