Anti-OR11G2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 11 subfamily G member 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 345 amino acid residues and a mass of 38.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 11G2 and olfactory receptor OR14-34. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR11G2 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
