Anti-TMEM223 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein 223. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 202 amino acid residues and a mass of 22 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the mitochondria. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the TMEM223 protein family, TMEM223 is known to be involved with nervous system development. TMEM223 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Indicated applications for TMEM223 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
