Anti-TMEM200B antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein transmembrane protein 200B. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 307 amino acid residues and a mass of 32.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. It is a member of the TMEM200 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include two transmembrane B, two transmembrane domain-containing family member B, and transmembrane protein TTMA. TMEM200B gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. These TMEM200B antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
