Anti-RASL11A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein RAS like family 11 member A. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 242 amino acid residues and a mass of 27 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is widely expressed across many tissue types. A member of the Ras protein family, RASL11A is a reported regulator of rDNA transcription. Synonyms for this target antigen include ras-like protein family member 11A. RASL11A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some RASL11A antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
