Anti-Fc epsilon RI alpha antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The Fc epsilon RI alpha antigen is another term for the human protein Fc epsilon receptor Ia, encoded by the FCER1A gene. The protein is known to function in receptor-mediated signaling pathways, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 257 residues and a mass of 29.6 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and it is reported to be expressed in eosinophils. Other alias names for Fc epsilon RI alpha include FCE1A, FCE1A, and FCERIA. Western Blot is the most common application for the Fc epsilon RI alpha antibodies listed below. ELISA, Flow Cytometry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
