Anti-OR51T1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 51 subfamily T member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 327 amino acid residues and a mass of 37 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 51T1 and olfactory receptor OR11-26. OR51T1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species.
