Anti-Oit1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Oit1 is a known alias name of the protein FAM3 metabolism regulating signaling molecule D, encoded by the FAM3D gene in humans. This 224-amino acid residue protein is a member of the FAM3 protein family. The protein is secreted and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is found to be highly expressed in the placenta and weakly expressed in small intestine. Indicated applications for Oit1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
