Anti-NPT2C antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target NPT2C is a known alias name of the protein solute carrier family 34 member 3, encoded by the SLC34A3 gene in humans. This 599-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in actively transporting phosphate into cells via Na(+) cotransport in the renal brush border membrane. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is found to be preferentially expressed in the kidney. Indicated applications for NPT2C antibodies listed below include ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
