Anti-OR52E4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 52 subfamily E member 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 312 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 52E4 and olfactory receptor OR11-55. ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are common applications for OR52E4 antibodies.
