Anti-OR4K5 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 4 subfamily K member 5. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 323 amino acid residues and a mass of 36.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 4K5 and olfactory receptor OR14-16. OR4K5 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse and rat species. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR4K5 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Flow Cytometry are also common applications.
