Anti-OR10V1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 10 subfamily V member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 309 amino acid residues and a mass of 34.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 10V1 and olfactory receptor OR11-256. OR10V1 gene orthologs have been reported in the bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR10V1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
