Anti-OR4F6 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 4 subfamily F member 6. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 312 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 4F12, olfactory receptor OR15-15, olfactory receptor, family 4, subfamily F, member 12, and olfactory receptor 4F6. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR4F6 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
