Anti-PRR3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein proline rich 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 188 amino acid residues and a mass of 20.6 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include MHC class I region proline-rich protein CAT56, proline-rich polypeptide 3, and proline-rich protein 3. PRR3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. These PRR3 antibodies are widely used in ELISA experiments, among other applications.
