Anti-OTUD3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein OTU deubiquitinase 3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 398 amino acid residues and a mass of 45.1 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the breast, vagina, and adipose tissue. OTUD3 is a type of deubiquitinating enzyme that hydrolyzes 'Lys-6'- and 'Lys-11'-linked polyubiquitin. Post-translational modifications have been described, including acetylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include OTU domain-containing protein 3, OTU domain containing 3, and DUBA4. OTUD3 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the OTUD3 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
