Anti-ZNF251 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 251. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 671 amino acid residues and a mass of 75.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF251 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF251 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF251 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
